Comparing Portrait formats

Recently I experimented with using vertical 7x17 ULF for a human portrait. I quite liked the result even with the negative space it forces upon you. I thought I'd quickly show what it looks likes in comparison with a more traditional 4x5 crop. Both images are from the same shoot, shot on 7x17 film in vertical format. Both are cropped from the original negatives but in the respective ratios.

I don't mind either, what do you think?
